Chargeback Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. By completing this booking, you agree that filing a chargeback or payment dispute after services have been rendered or within 48 hours of your scheduled event constitutes a breach of this agreement. Chargebacks will be contested and may result in collection action and/or legal fees being pursued.

Liability & Equipment Policy

By booking, you accept full responsibility for all guests attending your event. Any damage to or loss of equipment (hookahs, hoses, bowls, accessories, etc.) caused by you or your guests will be charged at full retail value. You agree to provide a safe environment for our equipment and staff.

Do you serve indoor events?
At launch, Reese's Luxury Hookah is focused on private events and lawful locations. Clients are responsible for confirming venue compliance and legal use.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
What ages can participate?
All guests must be age 21 or older.
Can I request a custom package?
Yes. Custom package requests can be added through the booking form notes section.
What if I need extra guests, hours, or refills?
Extra guests are $25 per person. Shisha refills are $25 per hookah. Additional hours beyond your package are $100 per hour.
Do prices change for holidays?
Yes. All holiday bookings are charged at double the standard package rate.
When can I book and what days are available?
Our calendar opens June 2026. We accept Saturday and Sunday bookings only.
